HTX Sewn Goods
HTX Sewn Goods was started as a collective of small batch manufacturers, non-profits, educational institutions and local sewists coming together in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic to address a public health crisis. HTX Sewn Goods members pivoted from their traditional product Iines, and with the help of local talent, produced over 75,000 high quality reusable cloth face masks to keep neighbors and frontline healthcare workers safe.
HTX Sewn Goods is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the expansion into a 9,000 square foot textile lab opening in early summer 2025. This new space will not only enhance our manufacturing capabilities but also allow us to offer a diverse range of educational textile and design classes. Our goal is to create a vibrant, inclusive community space that caters to sewing and textile enthusiasts of all skill levels, while expanding our manufacturing opportunities and furthering our mission to provide quality job skills and opportunities right here in Gulfton/Sharpstown.
